Educational activities<\/h1>\n
In this section we present the awareness projects of the Valter Longo Foundation, aimed at educating and informing the public of different age groups about the importance of a healthy life-style and proper nutrition. The proposals are wide and diverse, including educational programs for children and teenagers, as well as for teachers and parents, through seminars and presentations in schools aimed at promoting consistent and healthy eating behaviors and creating a healthy life-style based on the most recent results of scientific research, to prevent different types of diseases. We also offer after school and training courses dedicated to nutrition, carried out in English as well and mini summer camps focused on nutrition and learning English, both in Italy and in Los Angeles. The educational paths also extend to adults with video courses and seminars that teach how to protect your immune system, how to eat in a balanced and conscious way and how to pre-vent or slow down the onset of diseases related to aging. Additionally, we will provide notions of food history from the Romans and Etruscans, to the present day.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
