{"id":1136,"date":"2020-04-20T08:55:14","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T08:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fondvlongo.wpengine.com\/demo\/receipes\/aliciotti-con-lindivia\/"},"modified":"2020-04-21T00:05:59","modified_gmt":"2020-04-21T00:05:59","slug":"baked-anchovies-with-endive-escarole","status":"publish","type":"receipes","link":"https:\/\/www.fondazionevalterlongo.org\/en\/receipes\/baked-anchovies-with-endive-escarole\/","title":{"rendered":"Baked Anchovies with Endive Escarole"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"content_area\">\n<p><em>4 servings<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>400 g of fresh anchovies<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"\">1 kg of endive escarole (indivia scarola)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"\">6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"\">Salt<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"\">Pepper<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"\">1 garlic clove, cut into little pieces<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"\">A small bunch of parsley<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Directions<\/h3>\n<div class=\"\">Prepare the endive, cutting into strips, soak in water for a few minutes. In the meantime, remove the heads of the anchovies, open them in two, down the center., rinse, and dry. Drain the endive, and put a third in a deep pyriform dish; cover with half of the anchovies, and dress with oil, the garlic, salt, and pepper. Make the second layer of endive, and top with the rest of the anchovies. Then dress in the same way with the remaining salad. Cook in the oven at 200 \u00b0C for 30 minutes.
