In November, the Valter Longo Foundation’s new Longevity Point opens in Bologna, more precisely in Zola Predosa, a few kilometers from Bologna. It is a space dedicated to nutrition consultations and personalized programs, designed for anyone who wants to improve their diet and adopt healthier habits.

Who the Longevity Point is for

The new clinic is a point of reference for those who want to:

  • practice prevention through nutrition
  • embark on a path toward healthy longevity
  • receive nutritional support during therapy

Not a restrictive diet, but a scientific method

The Foundation’s approach is not based on deprivation or extreme regimens. Instead, it proposes a balanced dietary model that combines the nutritional traditions of the world’s longest-lived populations with the most solid evidence from scientific research.

In a context full of misinformation, fads and false myths, the Foundation’s professionals offer concrete tools to improve health and quality of life, promoting prevention and long-term well-being.

Where it is and how to book

From November, the new clinic is open at the Active Medical Center, via dei Braschi 16A, 40069 Zola Predosa (BO).
