50 g (1.7 oz) of puff pastry
70 g (2.4 oz) of spinach
1 tablespoon of EVO oil (EVO oil is an Extra Virgin Olive oil. It is made from pure and cold-pressed olives. You can replace it with linseed oil, algal oil, or soybean oil. Taste might change)
Cook the spinach in a pan with a little oil and garlic to taste. Set aside to cool. In the meantime, cover a pan with the puff pastry. Add the spinach, close it, and bake it for 15-20 minutes. If desired, you can add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.
Spinach: source of folic acid and iron; it is recommended to consume spinach with the addition of lemon juice (vitamin C) to increase iron absorption.
